At SIS customer support is our priority. This section of our site provides support resources for potential new customers and facilities for existing customers.

If you have a problem please telephone 0191 2812645. Our standard support hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Out of hours support is provided and customers requiring this service will be provided with the out of hours contact number. Alternatively you can email your support query to support@sis4it.com.
