Welcome to Customer Support

Here at SIS customer support is our priority. This section of our site provides resources for potential new customers and facilities for existing customers to track the progress of their projects and raise issues and queries.

If you have a problem please telephone 0191 2654299 and press option 2 for Support. Our standard support hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Out of hours support is provided and customers requiring this service will be provided with the out of hours contact number.

Remote Support

We provide remote support to quickly identify and solve any problems you may have. To access our remote support you will need a session key from us, you can get this by calling 0191 2654299. Once you have your sesion key simply click the link below.
