WebSHOP - SIS e-Commerce Application

WebSHOP is a multi-user desktop application, which allows customers to quickly, and easily maintain their E-Commerce web site. The application includes intelligent File Transfer Software (FTP) with a simple “Publish All” or “Publish Changes” to put changes live on the web server. WebSHOP has built in image optimisation and re-sizing so digital photographs or scanned images of products can be added to the site by browsing to the file and clicking optimise. This negates the time and expertise needed to create optimised images using Photoshop applications.

WebSHOP also includes a customer relational management facility and the ability to capture orders by telephone, fax and email. Web orders are downloaded into the desktop application using the ‘Get New Orders’ function. Orders can be linked to an existing customer or a new customer record can be automatically created from the order details. WebShop maintains a complete history of web, telephone, fax or mail orders.

WebSHOP supports:

• Variable delivery options.
• Payment on account, by cheque or by credit/debit cards.
• On-line credit card authorisation or secure transmission into desktop application for authorisation via PDQ machine

WebNEWS is a multi-user desktop application, which allows customers to quickly and easily create and distribute HTML Newsletters and maintain their web site news.
