AV Dawson/Nissan
A.V. Dawson required an automated stock application to allocate, despatch and invoice steel coils for the Nissan Production Lines. This mission critical application interfaces with 4 Corus Steel Mills, Unipres mainframe and the Nissan Mainframe to ensure that stock is ordered, automatically allocated, called off and despatched to reach the production lines three hours before it is required. Browns 2000
Browns 2000 manufacture bespoke kitchen and bedroom furniture, their robotic routers and press lines are capable of turning out over 20,000 custom built doors per week. Browns commissioned SIS to develop an application, OrderBook, to manage their quotation, sales order and delivery process. Orderbook also generates door profile files, which are used by Alphadoor an application which ultimately drives the CNC machines. |

Derwent Systems manufacture CCTV and manage their stock via an MRP system Encore. SIS developed an application with a read only link into Encore data which facilities sales forecasting, planning and suggested parts to manufacture based on pipeline sales.. |
