George F White
George F White is one of the largest estate agents in the North East With offices in Alnwick, Wolsingham, Bedale, Barnard Castle, Tyne Valley and Shiptonthorpe. SIS developed a Contact Management System for GFW which manages their Properties, Contacts, Valuations, Costs, Advertising and Invoicing. The application uses a Microsoft SQL Server database in each office which is replicated continually between all offices to ensure all offices see the same data.

George F White - Meridian
Time recording is very important for GFW’s partners/fee earners to allow them to invoice accurately. SIS developed ‘Meridian’ a time recording software application which links into MS Outlook Calendar and GFW’s Contact Management Software. Meridian can be linked into most customer systems to allow time recording without the need to re-key project and user data into a separate system.

Pat Robson
Traditionally Pat Robson provided letting services for students in Jesmond, Gosforth and Heaton. They recently extended their business offerings to include professional lettings and property sales.
SIS was commissioned to develop the new web site which integrates with CFP for student lettings and Encore for professional lettings and sales. A new look and feel and enhanced functionality will help establish the new business offerings.

Northern Housing Consortium
Northern Housing Consortium is SIS’s oldest customers, we started working with them in 2000 and we are still developing solutions for them today. Over the years we have re-developed their web site on three occasions and developed their customer relational management software which they used for eight years before the recent migration to Microsoft CRM. We also developed a training and event management application which is still used to manage their events and bookings.
