Direct Debit Bureau

Direct Debit Services
SIS develops bank approved, paperless direct debit sign up web pages. These BACS compliant pages allow your customers to sign up for Direct Debits on-line. Via our sister company Secure Collections Ltd. we can provide a complete Direct Debit Bureau service.


Insurance Software

A number of our staff worked on the development of one of the first web based insurance quotation systems in 1996. AA Motor and Home Insurance web sites allowed customers to get comparative quotes on-line. We have a clear understanding of underwriting rules, policy breakdown strings and renewal processing.

SIS has undertaken database development work for MB&G Insurance, insurance and warranty specialists based in North Shields and database and web site development for Robertson McIssac Insurance based in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Grainger plc – Payment Portal
SIS developed a payment portal on behalf of Grainger plc, the UK's largest residential landlord, which allowed staff to collect rents via debit or credit card or direct debit. This system was rigorously audited internally and by external consultants. Read the Payment Portal case study.
